I'm Back!

I finally took the plunge and created a new blog!



There were a couple of things that were making me a bit hesitant to start a blog again. One: I have no faith in my writing skills whatsoever. Sure, I've been writing a lot these past few days but I don't know. Maybe it's just me.

Two: if you happen to know me, you would absolutely agree that I am incredibly lazy. I'm not sure if I can maintain this blog as often as I want to but, hey, I'm already here. Might as well do it, yeah?

Three: My life is boring. I have nothing to write about. So I figured, since I'm already writing about games full-time, might as well write about games as a hobby. Right? Right? (giggles uncomfortably)

My editor encouraged me to start my own blog. At first I was all like, "Nawwww too much work yada yada." But then it got me thinking. Maybe I should start a blog after all. I mean, it wouldn't hurt right? I have nothing else to do anyway. Okay that sounded really sad.

So all things considered, I dived right in! I opened my Blogger account and created a new domain. (As a side note, I had two blogs under this Blogger account, which has rubbish content. It made me cringe.)

It took me thirty minutes to come up with a blog name! Everybody else has taken all the cool names. D: So I'm stuck with this. Kinda reminds you of some old-school anime about nurses, ey? EYYYYYY.

So what would my blog be about? I'd be writing about:

• GAMES, of course. Just anything that's gaming related. I know my day job already requires me to write game stuff but hey, it wouldn't hurt to have an opinion about games once in a while, yeah?
• Food. Anything I've discovered from my grocery shopping, like chocolates, new snacks, and some other weird stuff. I'm from the Philippines, so I might also feature a couple of snacks that are not available anywhere else. 
• Cooking. a.k.a. my poor attempts at creating edible stuff. I have just started to take interest in cooking a year ago, so I have pretty much a lot of stuff to learn. So far, I haven't poisoned anyone yet.
• My daily life, but like I've said, my life is boring. 
• Random thoughts. About life, family, relationships. Once in a while I will go full sappy mode on you and give you some unsolicited relationship advice. You have no choice but to take it.

Just to put this out there as well, I will try not to write about any negative stuff. Facebook is already full of them. That's why I'm no longer there. (Yes, I have no more Facebook account. I've been off Facebook for more than a month now and it feels incredible.)

For someone who is hesitant to start a new blog, I have a lot of things to say, eh?
